ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase is completed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the United States:

  1. Standard Shipping (3–5 business days):

    • Cost: $5.99 (free for orders over $100 before taxes and after discounts).
  2. Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days):

    • Cost: $19.99
  3. Next-Day Shipping:

    • Cost: $29.99
  4. Free Shipping:

    • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

  • We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.
  • Important: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through our Order Tracking Page or directly on the carrier’s website.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged:

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen.
  • If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
